Types of cosmetic care

Cosmetic care is generally available and commonly occurring method. There are a lot of procedures and approaches, but the philosophy everywhere is the same – rejuvenation. We are happy to be told that we look younger, and we like to look good and be attractive.

Aromatherapy is the use of highly concentrated oils infused with herbs. The fragrance activates certain brain centers, helping to relax when the oil penetrates into soft tissues and acts locally. Thus, stable effect on systemic and local levels is achieved.

Balms and scrubs. These ointments are mainly composed of active ingredients, and only a small part of them is the oil itself, providing sliding. Balms penetrate deeply into tissueы and can be active up to 24 hours after the treatment, ensuring sustained effect on the impact area. Scrubs are rough ointments, aimed primarily at removing the top skin cover. After removing of the old layer of skin cover, new tissues are formed easier and they are more elastic since nothing impeded their formation.

Anti-cellulite treatment is very popular among the fair sex, it helps to get rid of what sometimes causes so much nervousness and tears.

Here, we should discuss that, because of the female anatomy, cellulite is normal! Femoral fat layers have three layers, and it is possible to remove or reduce only the first two layers. There are no techniques against the third one, and those will be just a normal rounded hips!

There are still a lot of “techniques for beauty” in the therapist’s coffer, for example, anti-stress, facial rejuvenation, skin lifting and many others. But, however, who knows, maybe the coffer has no bottom?

Depending on what you need, some of these methods can be very sensitive in nature. For example, anti-cellulite massage includes work on the “intimate” places and must be discussed and agreed with the patient.
